Special Events

March 13 - St. Patty's Day Potluck

The recreation committee will be providing the corned beef and cabbage.  Please bring a dish to share and join us at 5:00 pm in the Wapiti Room.  Please sign up in the office for this event so we know how much corned beef to cook.

 

March 20 - Wine Tasting Event

Come out and taste some wonderful wines with your fellow property owners.  The event will be held in The Restaurant from 3 to 6 p.m. and the cost is $12.00 per person.  Each person paying that fee will receive a $4.00 discount coupon for dinner in The Restaurant that evening.  There will be a fine selection of wines with a card to mark your preferences as you sample the selections.  Watch for the ad in the Wapiti Bugle.  Of course, you must be 21 years of age to be served an alcohol beverage.  Proceeds will go to the CL Volunteer Fire Department.

Note:  All meetings take place at the Wapiti Room in Basecamp unless otherwise noted.

 

Board Meetings -- third Saturday of the month

  • Water & Sewer Board Meeting -- 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • Joint Board Meeting -- 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Road & Recreation Board Meeting -- 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Architectural Control Committee -- 1:00 p.m. on the first Saturday of the month

 

New Owners' Orientation -- 1:00 p.m. on the second Saturday of February, May, August, and November

Bear Aware Committee Meeting -- 10:00 a.m. on the fourth Sunday of the month, April through October

Water & Sewer Annual Meeting - 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Saturday in May at the Water & Sewer Building

Road & Recreation Annual Meeting -- 2:00 p.m. on the second Saturday in June at the Water & Sewer Building
