Request Inspection

As a property owner, you can request an inspection of your property by completing the Property Inspection Request Form.  You can also request that information about pine beetle infestation be sent to other property owners by completing the Contact Request Form.  

 

Both forms are listed below so be sure to complete the one that applies to your situation.  Paper copies of these forms are available in the Office.

Property Inspection Request Form

You must provide us with the following information about your request so that we are able to get the proper volunteer Beetle Buster inspection team on the job for you.

 

Once you've completed the form, click the Submit button and your request will be sent to us automatically. If you are not able to send us your request electronically, then please visit the Office as they have paper copies of the request form. A Beetle Buster inspection team member will contact you upon receipt of your request. Please be patient.

 

Please Note: We ask that you please be present at your property for the inspection and, if physically able, accompany the inspection team around your lot during the inspection. It is our hope that you will find this experience to be both educational and helpful.

Contact Request Form

If you are concerned about possible pine beetle infestation on a Crystal Lakes property other than your own, you may request to have the Beetle Buster Team contact the owner. The Beetle Busters will send the Community Fund Neighbor to Neighbor letter and other information about the pine beetle problem in Crystal Lakes, including what the Beetle Busters can do to help owners protect their property, to the owners of properties listed by you below on this form.

 

Once you've completed the form, click the Submit button and your request will be sent to us automatically. Please Note: You must fill out at least one of the information lines requested below for each property in order for us to correctly identify the property; the more information you can provide, the better we can quickly identify the property in question.  There is space to notify up to three other property owners.  You must also provide your contact information, but it will not be given to the below property owner(s) without your permission.
