Our employees work extremely hard to meet the needs and expectations of the Crystal Lakes community. It is important to remember that several of our full-time employees work for both Associations. They also volunteer on numerous committees, serve on the Bear Aware Team, or on the Crystal Lakes Volunteer Fire Department (CLVFD) as firefighters. They are never too busy to say hello and their committment to the community is far above simply completing an eight-hour day.
