Bear Gulch Easement/Trail

The court has rendered a judgement in favor of the Association for prescriptive use of the Bear Gulch Easement and therefore CLRRA property owners have the right to utilize the easement. Access is currently limited to equestrian, hiking and biking. No OHV's/ATV's  or vehicles allowed on the Bear Gulch Easement.
