Annual Meeting

The Crystal Lakes Road & Recreation Association (CLRRA) Annual Meeting is typically held on the first Saturday in June each year. This meeting is an important opportunity for members to stay informed, participate in discussions, and contribute to decisions that impact the community.

An official announcement of the specific date and details will be provided in the Weekly View newsletter and other CLRRA communications.

To ensure a smooth meeting process, proxy forms are mailed to all members in advance. If a sufficient number of proxies are returned to establish a quorum, registration will not be required. However, if the required number of proxies is not received, in-person registration will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by the official meeting at 2:00 PM.

Your participation—whether by attending the meeting or submitting a proxy—is essential in meeting quorum requirements and ensuring that CLRRA can conduct official business. We encourage all members to stay engaged and check CLRRA communications for further details.
