Subject Matter Expert Committee (SME)

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) Committee plays a vital advisory role within the Crystal Lakes Road & Recreation Association (CLRRA). Comprised of property owners with specialized knowledge and experience, the Committee supports the Board of Directors, General Manager, and Staff by offering insight and recommendations on complex issues where general expertise may not be sufficient. While the SME Committee does not make decisions, its purpose is to enhance the Board’s ability to make well-informed choices by providing expert guidance tailored to specific challenges facing the community.
