Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The ACC ensures that all property owners comply with the protective Covenants of Crystal Lakes. This committee safeguards the integrity and aesthetic value of our community by overseeing architectural design and ensuring all construction aligns with the natural beauty of our surroundings.


Counting Committee

The Counting Committee plays a critical role in maintaining fairness and transparency in our community by counting ballots for elections, assessments, and other important matters using best practices and internal controls.


Finance Committee

Helping to keep Crystal Lakes financially sound, the Finance Committee advises the CLRRA Board on budgeting, financial planning, and accountability policies. This committee ensures financial transparency and helps guide responsible fiscal decisions.


Fire Pit Inspection Committee

Dedicated to safety and enjoyment, the Fire Pit Inspection Committee establishes guidelines for constructing safe and affordable fire pits. Their efforts help property owners build and maintain fire pits that meet safety standards.


Fishing Board

Passionate about fishing? The Fishing Board works to protect, manage, and enhance Crystal Lakes’ recreational fishery resources and surrounding riparian areas, ensuring sustainable and enjoyable fishing for all.


Greenbelt Management Committee (GMC)

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and beauty of over 563 acres of greenbelt, forests, wetlands, and trails, the GMC plays a vital role in preserving Crystal Lakes’ natural environment.


Hearing Panel Committee

This committee provides members with a fair and impartial opportunity to appeal officially filed complaints brought forth by CLRRA, CLWSA, committees, or staff members, ensuring due process in community matters.


Policy and Documents Committee

This committee reviews and updates policies and documents as directed by the CLRRA and Joint Board, ensuring that governing documents remain clear, relevant, and effective for the community.


Recreation Committee

The Recreation Committee enhances life at Crystal Lakes by organizing engaging recreational opportunities beyond fishing. It consists of two subcommittees:

  • Hospitality Subcommittee – Organizes social gatherings like potlucks, craft fairs, and community events.
  • Activity Subcommittee – Plans active events such as the Boating Regatta, Canoe/Kayak outings, hiking trips, OHV Poker Runs, and Pickleball tournaments.


Road Committee

The Road Committee assesses the condition of roads within Crystal Lakes and prioritizes necessary maintenance and improvements, ensuring safe and reliable access throughout the community.


Safety and Compliance Committee

This committee works to enhance safety within Crystal Lakes by discouraging trespassing and promoting responsible behavior among members and guests—using non-confrontational methods to maintain a secure community.


Subject Matter Expert (SME) Committee

This committee brings together individuals with specialized expertise in various fields to assist the Board of Directors, General Manager, and staff in solving complex challenges and making informed decisions.
