Road Improvement Master Plan (RIMP)
Road Improvement Master Plan (RIMP) Due to many years of neglect and deferred maintenance, Crystal Lakes' roads need significant repair with no quick fix in sight. In the opinion of the Crystal Lakes Road and Recreation Association Board and Finance Committee, a long-term Road Improvement Master Plan is required to address our needs. A Master Plan is an ordered process intended to guide community goals or outcomes. Master Plans typically encompass large geographic areas, a broad range of topics & cover a long-term horizon. The Road Improvement Master Plan will: 1) Identify and prioritize road improvements and ongoing maintenance; 2) Establish a phased schedule of improvements; and 3) Develop a cost to implement the improvements. To initiate the planning process, the Finance Committee scheduled a meeting of invested community stakeholders to share their knowledge and expertise including representatives of the: Road Committee; Road Crew; Fire Department; GMC/CWPP; Water and Sewer Association, Fishing Committee and the Larimer County Road and Bridge Department. Ongoing documents are provided below. RIMP Meeting #1 Power Point
