Lala Jacoby
Lala has been a part of Crystal Lakes since 1999, experiencing the community as a camper, seasonal homeowner, and full-time resident. She’s been actively involved, serving on the Recreation Committee (2019-2022) and volunteering for the Veteran’s Fishing Event.

Kendall Kelley
A Crystal Lakes property owner for nearly 14 years, Kendall spends most of the year in the community while working remotely. With expertise in HOA law and governance, he is committed to efficient operations, financial stewardship, and enhancing community services.

Bryon McAvoy
A Crystal Lakes property owner for three years, Bryon is deeply involved in the community, serving on the Road, Finance, and Policy & Docs committees. His approach to decision-making is guided by a core principle: “Is this in the best interest of ALL of Crystal Lakes?” Bryon is committed to ensuring thoughtful, community-focused leadership.

Jeanne Poirier
Jeanne is a newer member of the Crystal Lakes community, having purchased her lot in 2023 and currently building her cabin. Her experience as a part-time Admin Assistant in 2024 gave her valuable insight into CLRRA’s operations. She is eager to contribute to the community.
